What about HOA Disclosures?

If purchasing a resale home in a community with an HOA, you should review the covenants, conditions, and restrictions as well as the bylaws which contain a variety of  information. If you have questions about your rights and remedies regarding homeowner's associations or community associations, check out Chapter 16 and 18 of the Arizona Revised Statutes – Title 33 or  FAQ's.  Buyers should consult legal counsel if uncertain of the application of particular provisions in the CC&Rs.

What about Public Reports?

Public reports are only given by the seller on new construction. If you'd prefer to review the report for the subdivision you're purchasing in, they are made available on the ADRE website. The ADRE does not verify the information in the Public Report therefore you should verify any questions you have with the appropriate resource.

Casa Grande is a fast growing community with about 35% of the population at age 45 or better.The summers are hot but the rest of the year is what attracts vacation home visitors. Precipitation is less than an inch a month. The sun shines nearly 90% of the time and yes, the air is pretty dry most of the year.

Humidity may start out in the vicinity of 60% in the morning but drops to practically nothing by afternoon. Perfect weather for active adults and Mission Royale compliments that very lifestyle.
