Exit 190 to the I-10 highway is just off to the East and the Casa Grande Union High School to the West of theis neighborhood. Phase 1 was completed in 2008 and the rest of the subdivision is ready for the finishing touches the next builder can offer. The original builder was Ryland Homes and there are no indications of who will be the next builder or when they will start building here again. The homes for sale here are desirable for their location near the interstate and Casa Grande Union High School.

No RV parking allowed in Arroyo Vista. I recommend double checking with the HOA in case regulations have changed.
