As one of the more elite communities of Casa Grande, Coyote Ranch is a semi-custom and custom, single level home community with no two homes exactly alike. All properties are situated on larger lots with a few up close to an acre. GDC Homes started building this gem in the late 90′s. The homes get newer as you travel North through the subdivision. Homes for sale in Coyote Ranch sell quickly.

This area is one of the few that allow RV Parking as well.

Fortunately, this subdivision is within a short drive from the upcoming PhoenixMart project yet, far enough away from any disruption it may cause to it’s surroundings. PhoenixMart is expected to help transform Casa Grande from a relatively quiet community into a major commercial player in The Valley. Keep an eye out for the construction of PhoenixMart to continue in late 2016.
