Another one of D.R. Horton’s Dietz Crane’s Series’ located at the North end of Casa Grande just less than 5 minutes from exit 185 of the I-10 highway. This larger subdivision is mixed with single level homes from just over 1,100 square feet up to almost 3,000 square feet and 2-story homes from about 2200 square feet up to 3,900 square feet. All homes come with with concrete roof tiles. Many of the single levels are the most popular split floor plans in town. Many walkways, BBQ’s and playgrounds are scattered throughout making homes for sale in Ghost Ranch so desirable.
No RV parking allowed here. I would recommend double checking with the HOA on this regulation since it could have changed. [Read more…]
