Is Now The Time To Buy A Home In Casa Grande, Arizona?

**Click 33 year Graph of Arizona Home Prices – Appreciation Rates **Click

As you will see in the above graph, the market already had a major spike and then dropped drastically. That drop caused another smaller frenzy again that drove prices back up to reasonable, average pricing again. Yes, we’ve cycled back to a more normal housing market. Now that it has corrected, you should expect to see about the usual 6-9% increase in Arizona home prices over the more recent years to come. Insufficient regulation is one reason he expects another real-estate bubble to surface within 15 years. “I would bet my life on it,” says Mark Calabria, at the public policy research organization of Cato Institute. Could this too be a sign to buy a home in Casa Grande now while still on the rise so you can take advantage of the future bubble?

Do you think the Phoenix Mart project that is meant to help the entire U.S. economy will affect housing prices? This project will not only put Casa Grande, AZ “on the map” but draw more attention to both the Phoenix and Tucson areas. This project is about global trade. The government is already approving the 300 visas for international investors in the project which will create a minimum 3000 new jobs to the area.
Trade will be coming in to AZ through easy access to planes, ports, highways, and rails connecting multiple markets with incredible efficiency. Sam’s Club, Franklin Food’s cream cheese factory, Richie Brothers, and more industry is coming to the Casa Grande area in the next couple of years bringing hundreds more employment opportunities.
Since prices go up due to supply and demand, we can only foresee they will continue to go up as the demand for housing gets higher as people move to the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas and everywhere in between for these job opportunities. Even what used to be more rural such as Casa Grande and other Pinal County areas will see significant growth due to the lower pricing in comparison to the metro areas. Not to mention that interest rates on mortgages are at an all time low right now. It really is still the time to buy a home in Casa Grande.
I encourage you to research some of things I’ve mentioned. I hope this helps give you perspective on what is really happening with the housing market so you can make an informed decision.
