The road to home ownership can be bumpy and buying a home can also be so very exciting. The excitement can often swerve you off the road to home ownership though. There is a process to it and a realtor is there to help keep you on that road. There aren’t many realtors, like myself, who have chosen to specialize working with buyers only. I have dedicated over 10 years to buyers alone and now I limit myself to how many sellers I work with so I can still focus on the needs of home buyers.
