You will find an assortment of simple patio homes, semi and fully custom built single level homes and a handful of two-story homes that were built in this unique neighborhood from as early as 1987 through about 2005. Casa Grande Lakes is the only Casa Grande subdivision with a lake that houses ducks, fish & turtles.  Some homes back to the lake and some back up to the Dave White Golf Course. There is also a clubhouse with views of the lake. Homes for sale in Casa Grande Lakes don’t stay on the market long since they are the only well-kept subdivision in Casa Grande with a lake running throughout. Most of these homes that had polybutylane plumbing have since been replaced with new plumbing. Most have been well cared for and updated too. The subdivision is also near the city’s Dave White Golf Course which is open year-round. Par 72 and 6651 yards from the gold tees make it a challenging course. Dave White Park features 12 pickleball courts, a basketball court, racquetball courts, multi-purpose turf field and volleyball courts all with modern LED lighting. Scheduled Pickleball @ Dave White Park has gained momentum over the years as well.

“The Links”, as the locals call it, is a very unique Casa Grande community on the West side of town in which the neighborhood has homes backing up to the Dave White Golf Course. This mix of mostly single level ranch style homes with a handful of santa fe style homes were built as early the 1990′s to as new as early 2007 by a few different builders. Most of them sit on larger lots and have concrete roof tiles with 3 car garages. Homes for sale in the well-kept neighborhood of Casa Grande Links don’t stay on the market long.
