PhoenixMart is modeled after Dragon Mart an YiW. This project is said to be geared toward both wholesale and retail sales as the first multi-industry permanent sourcing and distribution center in the United States. It’s to be a one-stop shop where over 1,700 domestic and international vendors offer approximately 500,000 products and services to other business, consumers, and international buyers.

Follow along as this AZ Sourcing project changes the future of Casa Grande.

With plans to break ground for the PhoenixMart project some time between March and May of 2012 and then a grand opening in June of 2013, there must be some aggressive plans in place. He was to meet with a group led by Elizabeth Mann who was the developer of Phoenix COFCO Center, the Chinese Cultural Center. Was My Crystal Ball Working?

So, I was laughed at and criticized for even thinking the possibility that the Casa Grande, Arizona housing market will switch from a buyer’s market to a seller’s market so soon. There’s a “Flood” or “Wave” of inventory the banks are going to release all at once I was told. The truth is, nobody has a crystal ball. There are many factors that change a housing market and right now supply and demand is in effect. There aren’t many available homes in this area right now. Ask the buyers that are trying to buy one.

With a steady flow of low inventory and a higher demand, there won’t be many homes saturating the market in the near future either. In my opinion, it would be a gamble to wait to find a better deal in Arizona. [Read more…]
