Fully custom homes on the West and South sides of this subdivision elevate it to a more prestigious Casa Grande neighborhood. Semi-custom homes were built within McCartney Ranch by Nicholas Homes on the West side. Capital Pacific, a more standard builder, built homes on the North East side of the subdivision. Both builders started building here in 2006.  In 2008, The subdivision was left incomplete with many remaining lots to build on. In 2018, this community still awaits a new builder to bring in common areas and amenities. Homes for sale here are near Casa Grande Union High School and the Villago’s shopping plaza.

No RV parking has been allowed in the past, however, I always recommend double checking with the HOA to be sure regulations have not changed.

Homes for sale in Mission Valley are just under 2 miles from exit 190 of the I-10 makes this a convenient location.

Casa Grande is a fast growing community with about 35% of the population at age 45 or better. The summers are hot but the rest of the year is what attracts vacation home visitors.
