Villago Neighborhood Information

Villago is Casa Grande’s largest master planned community. There are many walkways, picnic areas, tot lots, acres of lakes and Villago Middle School.

Originally planned features included 2 elementary schools, a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool and large family pool. It’s too bad the pools were put on the chopping block.

On top of property taxes and monthly HOA fees is a City Facilities Development tax (CFD tax).  Homeowners in Villago may see approximately $400 in CFD tax per year on the property tax statement. So, once Villago is built up enough that the HOA fees will cover the maintenance, the CFD will be eliminated. This CFD tax has been estimated to last through the year 2027.  Call the City of Casa Grande at (520) 421-8600 for any updated information on this tax. Wildwood Neighborhood Information

Homes for sale in Wildwood were built from 2002-2005 by Richmond American Homes. Single level and 2-story homes range from approx. 1300-3000 sq ft with concrete tiled roofs. One walkway splits this Casa Grande community through a tot lot and greenbelt.

No RV parking has been allowed in the past, however, I always recommend double checking with the HOA in case regulations have changed.
