As you will see in the above graph, the market already had a major spike and then dropped drastically. That drop caused another smaller frenzy again that drove prices back up to reasonable, average pricing again. Yes, we’ve cycled back to a more normal housing market. Now that it has corrected, you should expect to see about the usual 6-9% increase in Arizona home prices over the more recent years to come.
