Neighborhood Information

You will find an assortment of simple patio homes, semi and fully custom built single level homes and a handful of two-story homes that were built in this unique neighborhood from as early as 1987 through about 2005. Casa Grande Lakes is the only Casa Grande subdivision with a lake that houses ducks, fish & turtles.  Some homes back to the lake and some back up to the Dave White Golf Course. There is also a clubhouse with views of the lake. Homes for sale in Casa Grande Lakes don’t stay on the market long since they are the only well-kept subdivision in Casa Grande with a lake running throughout. Most of these homes that had polybutylane plumbing have since been replaced with new plumbing. Most have been well cared for and updated too. The subdivision is also near the city’s Dave White Golf Course which is open year-round. Par 72 and 6651 yards from the gold tees make it a challenging course. Dave White Park features 12 pickleball courts, a basketball court, racquetball courts, multi-purpose turf field and volleyball courts all with modern LED lighting. Scheduled Pickleball @ Dave White Park has gained momentum over the years as well.

No RV parking allowed here. I always recommend double checking with the HOA in case regulations have changed.
