Semi-custom homes were built within McCartney Ranch by Nicholas Homes on the West side. Capital Pacific, a more standard builder, built homes on the North East side of the subdivision. Both builders started building here in 2006.  In 2008, The subdivision was left incomplete with many remaining lots to build on.
