Both builders started building here in 2006.  In 2008, The subdivision was left incomplete with many remaining lots to build on. In 2018, this community still awaits a new builder to bring in common areas and amenities. Homes for sale here are near Casa Grande Union High School and the Villago’s shopping plaza.
