Cottonwood Ranch Neighborhood Information

Building in this Casa Grande subdivision started in 2006 and is yet to be completed. Some of the builders who started this community up until about 2008 when building halted, due to the economy, were Eastwood Homes, Sunstone Homes and mostly Cornerstone homes. All homes have concrete roof tiles.  The homes for sale in Cottonwood Ranch are desirable for their central location and for all the different floor plans you can find there. It’s not your stereotypical “cookie cutter” neighborhood.

No Rv parking in Cottonwood Ranch. Double check with the HOA on this regulation as they can change over the years.

New home construction in Desert Sky Ranch was started by Palacia Homes, Canusa Homes, and Conquest Homes in 2006. These builders left this subdivision in 2007 before construction was completed and Brown Homes picked up construction to offer more new homes in 2018.  This Casa Grande, AZ community offers an affordable mix of single level and 2-story homes from about 1300 sqft to just above 3100 sqft with concrete roof tiles. It is located on the West side of Casa Grande not far from the Dave White Golf Course.

No RV parking allowed. I recommend double checking with the HOA to be sure regulations have not changed.
