Brown Family Communities started building this popular Casa Grande subdivision in 2006. Unfortunate circumstances forced them to leave in 2008 before completing the development. Single level and 2-story homes range from as little as 1200 SQ FT up to as large as 4200 SQ FT. All have concrete roof tiles and are anywhere from 2-4 car garages.  Located on the South side of Dave White Golf Course, some of these homes sit on golf course lots with views of the course, a lake, and mountains.

McCartney Ranch Neighborhood Information

Fully custom homes on the West and South sides of this subdivision elevate it to a more prestigious Casa Grande neighborhood. Semi-custom homes were built within McCartney Ranch by Nicholas Homes on the West side. Capital Pacific, a more standard builder, built homes on the North East side of the subdivision. Both builders started building here in 2006.  In 2008, The subdivision was left incomplete with many remaining lots to build on. In 2018, this community still awaits a new builder to bring in common areas and amenities. Homes for sale here are near Casa Grande Union High School and the Villago’s shopping plaza.

No RV parking has been allowed in the past, however, I always recommend double checking with the HOA to be sure regulations have not changed.

Only 25 minutes to Chandler and 10 minutes to most Casa Grande shopping, dining and medical facilities. Palacia Homes and Canusa Homes started this Casa Grande neighborhood subdivision and Frontier Homes helped complete the South portion of it. There are still vacant lots waiting for a builder to come build more homes for sale in McCartney Center.

One of Casa Grande’s larger subdivisions built by DR Horton between 2002-2009 with parks, ramadas, playgrounds, and walking trails. Homes range in size from 1,280 up to 4,236 square feet. The center of this Casa Grande neighborhood houses an elementary school, Desert Willow Elementary, for children grades K – 5. Homes for sale in Mission Valley are just under 2 miles from exit 190 of the I-10 makes this a convenient location.
