I think this railroad transfer center project is going to be a huge benefit for my home community of Casa Grande, AZ. I am a realtor that has focused on home buyer’s needs in Casa Grande since 2005.
I believe I moved here for the same reason this area was chosen for the Phoenix Mart project. I wanted to be part of the growth spurt that is bound to happen. Being between two major cities and having access to 2 major highways and the railroad, Casa Grande is prime to see a record breaking rebound from the recent effects of the economy.
