With plans to break ground for the PhoenixMart project some time between March and May of 2012 and then a grand opening in June of 2013, there must be some aggressive plans in place. On Tuesday, December 6th, 2011, Casa Grande Planning & Zoning approved the preliminary development plan for the 1.5 million square foot PhoenixMart project located on approximately 585 acres. The project received unanimous recommendation for approval to be presented to City Council in January.
